Call the clinic on +971 4 268 8226 or send an enquiry through the contact page and we’ll call you back. Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking so your consultation gets the time it needs rather than a gap between appointments.
We look at the area that concerns you, ask about your medical history and what you take, and talk about what you want to change. Then we tell you which treatment addresses it, how many sessions it realistically needs, and what it will cost — in writing, before anything starts.
No. Plenty of people come in, get a plan, and go away to think about it. We’d rather you booked a week later having decided properly than on the day because you were in the chair.
Photo ID, and a list of any medication and supplements you take — including things people often forget to mention, like retinoids, herbal remedies or anything that affects bleeding. If you have photos of the result you’re hoping for, bring those too; they’re useful even when the answer is that it isn’t achievable.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring a partner, friend or family member to your consultation. Treatment rooms are private, so we’ll agree with you whether they come in.
Call us as early as you can so the slot can go to someone else. Reception will confirm the clinic’s current notice period when you book.
It depends on the treatment, the area and how many sessions you need — which is exactly why we don’t publish a single price list. A full-body laser course and a single underarm session aren’t comparable. You’ll get the complete cost in writing at your consultation, before you commit to anything.
Because a list would be misleading. The honest number depends on your skin, your hair, the area and the number of sessions, and we can’t know those before we’ve looked. We’d rather quote you accurately once than advertise a figure that turns out not to apply.
It depends on what you’re booking. An aesthetic consultation and a medical dermatology appointment aren’t the same thing — the second is a clinical appointment in its own right. Reception will tell you which applies when you book, so there’s no surprise at the desk.
Both, depending on the treatment. Some only work as a course — laser needs multiple sessions to follow the hair growth cycle, and several of our skin treatments build gradually. Where that’s the case we’ll tell you the full course cost up front rather than quoting a per-session price that understates it.
A licensed practitioner, working under medical supervision. Medical dermatology consultations are carried out by our doctor directly. If you want to know who is treating you before you book, ask — we’ll tell you.
Medical-grade, FDA-approved devices rather than consumer equipment, and clinician-selected injectable products. If you want to know which brand is going into your face, ask us at your appointment and we’ll show you the box.
Hospital-grade sterilisation between every client, single-use needles, cannulas and consumables, and products stored and logged so they can be traced. This is the part of a clinic you can’t see, which is exactly why it matters.
Yes. Consultations happen behind a closed door, treatment rooms are private, and your clinical records are kept confidential by the clinic. For intimate treatments, consultations and treatment are carried out by a female practitioner.
Yes, and all treatment rooms are private and closed. Men make up a meaningful part of our clientele — there’s a whole section of the site for the treatments most requested by male clients.
No. We don’t carry out laser, injectable or energy-based treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For most of these there’s no evidence of harm — but there’s also no evidence of safety, and that’s not a gap worth gambling with. Tell us if you’re pregnant, might be, or are breastfeeding, and we’ll plan around it.
Often yes, but tell us everything first: prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines and supplements. Some treatments need adjusting, some need your doctor’s go-ahead, and a few aren’t suitable at all. Never stop a prescribed medicine on your own to qualify for a treatment — bring it up with us and we’ll advise.
We treat adults. Anyone under 18 is only seen with a parent or guardian present, and only where the treatment is clinically appropriate — which most aesthetic treatments are not.
Yes, with the right equipment and settings. Our laser systems are designed to treat all Fitzpatrick skin types, and settings are chosen for your skin rather than left on a default. Your skin tone is assessed before your first session, not assumed.
With a consultation rather than a treatment. Sensitive skin usually needs a gentler starting point and a slower build, and sometimes what’s causing the reactivity is treatable in its own right. That’s a dermatology conversation before it’s an aesthetic one.
Yes. Nothing on our list is women-only. Some treatments are requested far more often by male clients and are set up differently for coarse, dense hair or a stronger jawline, which is why they have their own page.
It varies a lot by treatment. Some injectables show a change within days. Laser reduction becomes visible across the first couple of sessions. Skin-quality treatments build over a course and are judged at the end of it, not after appointment one. We’ll tell you which pattern yours follows before you start.
No, and we’d be suspicious of any clinic that did. Bodies respond differently to the same treatment. What we will do is tell you what’s realistic for your skin before you pay, and say so plainly when the answer is that this treatment won’t get you there.
Temporary for injectables, and the duration depends on the product, the area, the dose and your own metabolism. Laser hair reduction is long-lasting but hormonal areas often need maintenance. Your clinician will give you a realistic range for your treatment rather than a marketing average.
Come to your review appointment and say so. Some results are adjustable, suitable hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved, and some things simply need more time to settle. We’ll tell you honestly which category yours is in.
Sometimes, but the order and spacing matter — some combinations work well together and others need weeks between them to be safe or effective. We’ll build the sequence into your plan rather than fitting everything into one appointment because it’s convenient.
For most of what we do, no — you can go back to your day. Some treatments leave redness, mild swelling or small bruises for a few days. We’ll tell you which before you book, so you can time it around anything important rather than discovering it afterwards.
Sun exposure is the big one for laser and most skin treatments, and alcohol for 24 hours before injectables because it makes bruising more likely. Anything treatment-specific — stopping waxing, shaving the area, coming without make-up — we’ll tell you when you book.
You’ll get written aftercare for your specific treatment. The pattern for most is the same: daily SPF on treated skin, no sauna, steam or hard exercise for the first 48 hours, and leave the area alone rather than prodding it.
Call us straight away if you have pain that’s getting worse rather than better, redness that’s spreading, skin that turns white or dusky, a change in your vision, or anything that simply doesn’t feel right. Mild redness and swelling are expected; these are not, and we would much rather hear from you early.
For most treatments, yes — a review is part of the plan, not an extra. It’s where the result gets assessed properly and the plan gets adjusted if it needs to be.
