Do I need a consultation before treatment?
For almost everything, yes — and it’s not a formality. It’s where we assess your skin, check your medical history and work out whether the treatment you have in mind is the right one. Some people leave a consultation with a different plan from the one they arrived with, and a few leave with none, because nothing we offer would help.
How quickly can I be seen?
It depends on the week. Call us and we’ll tell you honestly what’s available rather than keeping you waiting for a callback to find out.
Is the consultation charged?
It depends on what you’re booking — an aesthetic consultation and a medical dermatology appointment aren’t the same thing. Reception will tell you which applies when you book.
Can I ask about something that isn't on your treatment list?
Please do. If we don’t offer it we’ll say so, and if we think you’d be better served elsewhere we’ll tell you that too.
